Background
Everyone thinks they “Know” her, but this cannot be further from the truth. She keeps herself locked away because of the lessons her life has taught her. She may have once been full of anger, but now she is a grown woman who has moved on from the past that still tries hard to hurt her.As a child Leah was “different” from the other children. She would hear whispers from the spirits on the wind, have dreams which felt so real. Talk to the ancestors and learn from them. However, as she grew up this was something she supressed. Not wanting to become the “Mad Chick” on the Rez.Only now as a Spirit Warrior has, she started to listen once again, to understand the messages she was being given years before.
When The Great Wolf Taha Aki, came to Leah himself as her guide and teacher. That was when she realised, she missed her true calling. Being the only female Spirit Warrior was not a “Freak of Nature”, it was the plan all along.
Leah Clearwater was meant to have stepped up leading the way for her pack, she was created to be the First of the Clearwater Alphas to Protect not just HER people, but to protect ALL people.But is it something she can do now?Can she step up and stand before the only man who is her true friend and the only one who stood by her side when nobody else did?Can she tell her Alpha Jacob Black that he has been failing his pack each time he has left them to follow the women he’s loved?This is yet another fight she has on her hands, but this time it’s not just with herself. This fight could be with the people she’d sworn to protect.
